Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Coffee Do I Need?

This depends on how often you make coffee at home or the office, if you’re brewing for just yourself or others, too, and your brewing method of choice. For frequent coffee drinkers, we’d recommend 1kg worth of either beans or grounds per month, or 6-8 boxes of pods. For more casual home brewers, the same amount every second month should be sweet.

So, if you find 1kg lasts longer than expected (or you’re running out ahead of schedule), you can update your subscription accordingly to ensure you have the exact amount of freshly roasted coffee you need, exactly when you need it.

How Does the Shipping Process Work?

When you sign up, your first order is picked and shipped just like any other Will & Co order. We aim to ship all orders within one to two business days.

For all subsequent orders, you’ll receive an email three days before your card’s charged. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and another once your goodies have been dispatched. If for whatever reason there’s an issue with your card on file, we’ll let you know, and you’ll need to update your payment details (find instructions to do this below).

Your coffee will be delivered to your door, no matter where you live in Australia. Whether you’re smack bang in the city or out in the country, our coffee beans, grounds or pods - or all of the above - will make it to your postal address via Australia Post. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $48.

Can You Grind My Beans Before Delivery?

We won’t grind whole beans before they’re sent out, but that’s because we sell a range of ace ground coffee packs which are vacuum sealed to keep them fresh-as-can-be. These packs are available for all blends, so whether you enjoy Eight-O-Eight, Three-Oh-Three, Natural or Goofy, we’ve got you covered. The grind for the packs is a bit more coarse, which our coffee roasters recommend for brewing methods like French Press, Stove Top or AeroPress.

Pro Tip – if you don’t have an espresso machine that includes a grinder, pick up a hand grinder. They’re a super nifty and inexpensive way to grind your coffee beans at home based on your desired brewing method. This is the best way to enjoy fresh coffee!

How Do I Access My Account?

To access your subscription account, log in to your Will & Co account here, then click on “subscriptions”.

If you haven’t set up an account, either email us at hello@willandco.com.au, or click “register” on the account login page. Be sure to use the same email you used at checkout so your details sync.

Can I Skip an Order or Change the Delivery Date?

You bet. You can change your subscription at any time, whether that’s adding additional products or changing the frequency.

If you’d prefer to take care of things yourself, you can do so via your Will & Co account by logging in here and clicking on “subscriptions”.

To skip an order, simply click on “delivery schedules” then “skip” next to the order you’d like to skip.  

To change the next charge date, click on “manage subscription”, then “next charge date”. (Note this isn’t the delivery date, but the date on which your order will be charged and processed.) Here, you can also update the frequency of your deliveries (“delivery schedule”), or fast track your next order (“order now”).

I've Moved and Need to Change My Delivery Address - How Can I Do This?

Easy peasy. Simply log in to your Will & Co account here, click on “subscriptions”, then “shipping address”. Here you can either edit your existing address or add a new one.  

Heads up: you’ll need to update your delivery address here to ensure your delicious coffee makes it to the right place – updating your address in your Will & Co account won’t flow through to your subscription.

How Do I Update My Payment Method?

To update your payment method simply log in to your Will & Co account here, click on “subscriptions”, then “payment methods”. Here, you can edit the card on file or add a new one. If your card expires or declines when we try to process an order, we’ll get in touch via email. We got you.

Can I Pause or Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your coffee subscription at any time. No strings attached and no hard feelings – we understand a regular order every month may not be for everyone. If you change your mind down the track or your circumstances change, you can reactivate your account and gain access to all your previous order history.
