How to Make Will's Mont Blanc Cold Brew at Home

We’re back with another seasonal sipper: Introducing Will’s Mont Blanc Cold Brew.

This bitter-sweet treat is made with sweetened cold brew, vanilla-orange cold foam and a sprinkle of nutmeg and fresh zest to finish. Safe to say it ticks all the boxes - refined, refreshing and honestly a little addictive.

Will’s Mont Blanc Cold brew is pouring at the HQ Tasting Bar for a limited time – so if you’re cruising around Bondi, swing by for a taste. And for our home brewers, we couldn’t keep this one to ourselves. Check out the recipe below and give it a whirl at home, just in time for the warmer days ahead. 

Home Brew Guide 

Recipe serves one - with enough cream for your next round. 

Ingredients: 

  • 150mL Cold Brew (check out our homemade cold brew recipe)
  • 2 tsp Sugar Syrup 
  • 150mL Whipping Cream
  • 1 Fresh Orange 
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Stir sugar syrup into cold brew and pour in a glass over ice. 
  2. Lightly whip cream with the juice from half an orange and vanilla syrup.
  3. Dollop generously on top of your bevvy.  
  4. Garnish with fresh orange zest and a sprinkle of nutmeg. 
  5. Sip and enjoy.
