Located on the corner of Beach Road and Gould Street in Bondi Beach, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, is the Will & Co Bondi Headquarters - more affectionately known as 'HQ'. At first glance, passersby may think it's simply a sleek, minimalistic cafe; but upon further inspection, they'll quickly realise it's much more layered than that.
A multi-facetted place, the Will & Co HQ is part tasting bar, part micro-roastery, a local community space, training studio and retail showroom. In the span of a week, you'll find us cupping single origins, roasting our delightful decaf, pouring coffee after coffee, helping legends find the perfect gift for their friends and family, hosting a launch event, serving as a run-club meet up and making a few more brews for good measure.
Our HQ is the heart of who we are at Will & Co. It's a place for coffee aficionados, the caffeine-curious, beach goers, local legends and visitors from afar to come together over a damn fine specialty brew.
