Q: How much coffee should I order, and how often?

A: The answer to this one depends on a few things, like how often you’re brewing, whether it’s just for you or the whole crew and your go-to brewing method. As a general guide, if you’re a daily drinker, we recommend around 1kg of beans or grounds per month, or 6–8 boxes of pods. More of a casual sipper? That same amount every second month should do the trick.

If you’re keen to get a bit more technical, check out our blog post How Many Coffees in a 1kg Bag of Beans for a deeper dive.

The best part? Your Will & Co subscription is totally flexible, so you can update your delivery schedule, frequency or product mix at any time to make sure you’ve always got the right amount of coffee right when you need it.

Q: Which blend would you recommend?

A: Great question. It really comes down to how you make and enjoy your daily brew – whether that’s an espresso, alt-brewing or pods; black or with milk. Regardless, we’ve got something to suit your style.

For a full breakdown of our blends and a few tailored recommendations, check out our blog post The Best Coffee Beans for Your Brew. If you’re not too fussed or love a bit of everything, you can’t go wrong with the crowd-favourite Eight-O-Eight  she’s our signature, OG blend that’s pouring daily in cafés all across Australia.

Q: Can I try a new blend each month?

Absolutely  you’re never locked into a single blend. You can switch things up at any time, and it’s super easy to do. Just head to your subscription portal when you get your ‘upcoming subscription’ reminder and swap out your product. Here's step-by-step how to do it. Pro tip: set a little reminder in your calendar or planner just in case your email slips by unnoticed – future you will thank you.

Q: How can I qualify for free shipping?

All orders over $70 ship free  easy as that. If your current order falls just shy of that mark, consider bumping up your quantity (for example, go from 1kg to 2kg, or 8 pods to 10), then tweak your delivery frequency to match (say, from every 4 weeks to every 6). It’s a simple adjustment that keeps your coffee flowing and your shipping free.

Q: What should I do if I have too much on hand?

Though we’d argue there’s no such thing as too much coffee, a stockpile can mean you aren’t drinking the freshest brews. Good news is it’s easy as to get back on track. The quickest fix is to reschedule your next order, then adjust your frequency moving forward so you’re not overstocking. It only takes a few clicks and keeps your subscription active so you’re not scrambling when the beans do run low.

Q: I think I’ve accidentally signed up for two subscriptions – what do I do?

No worries  it happens. If you think you’ve doubled up by mistake, jump into your subscription portal and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’. You’ll see a list of all your active subscriptions and can cancel any duplicates from there. And if anything feels unclear or tricky, our team’s always here to help get it sorted.

Q: Can I pause my subscription?

Going away for a bit? Coffee machine out of action? No dramas. Though there’s no official ‘pause’ button, you can easily reschedule your next delivery for a future date – that way, you have fresh beans on the way once you’re back at the brewing game. If things change and you’ll be back in action sooner (or later) than you initially thought, you can go back in and change the date again – as many times as you need. Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to reschedule your subscriptions.
