How to Enter |
Entrants can enter the competition (2) ways during the Promotional Period:

Automatic Entry Opt Out |
Any person who qualifies for an entry in the competition during the Promotional Period and wishes to withdraw their entry may do so by advising the Promoter of their intention not to participate in the Promotion by emailing the Promoter at hello@willandco.com.au or rejecting the Prize. |

Draw Details |
The winning entry will be drawn by the Promoter at 12:00pm AEDT on Monday, 3 November 2025 (Draw Date) at Will & Co HQ, Shop 7 Level 1, 184 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026.
The winner of the Prize drawn is determined by chance. The Prize will be drawn using computerised random selection.
The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Prize specified below. |

Prize Details |
The first valid entry drawn will win the following: 1. (1) Moccamaster Select 1.25 Litre Filter Brewing Machine in Stone White (RRP $585);
2. (1) Will & Co Coffee 12-Month Subscription with the choice of (1) of the following: a. Blend Subscription: 1 kilogram of Will & Co coffee bean blends delivered per month for 12 months (max 12kg) (RRP between $780 - $840 depending on blend); or b. Single Origin Subscription: 4 x 250 gram of Will & Co single origin coffee beans delivered per month for 12 months (max 12kg). Note the single origin coffee available will vary and rotate throughout the year (RRP $960);
3. (1) Airscape Kilo 8” Large in Matte White with Will & Co branding (RRP $100); 4. (1) Timemore C3S Coffee Hand Grinder in White (RRP $150);
5. (1) Expert Coffee Session – 1 Hour with a member of the Will & Co Crew. Session includes overview of espresso extraction, milk frothing and latte art and a single origin cupping experience. Session can be held virtually or in-person at the Will & Co HQ Tasting Bar in Bondi. Session to be held within 6 months of Draw Date and is subject to the Promoter’s availability. Travel is not included in the Prize. No compensation will be provided for travel to and from the session or inability to attend in person (RRP $250) (collectively the Prize).

Further Prize details |
The Moccamaster Select and Airscape will be delivered to the winner within one month of the Draw Date.
The Will & Co Coffee 12-Month Subscription will be delivered to the winners in 12 separate monthly deliveries, with the first month’s delivery to be posted out with the Moccamaster Select and Airscape, within one month of the Draw Date. Afterwards, the Promoter will post out each prize monthly. Timing of the delivery is subject to Australia Post delivery times and service updates.
The date of the Expert Coffee Session is to be agreed upon by the Promoter and the winner and to be held no later than six (6) months following the Draw Date. The time and date of the session is subject to the Promoter’s availabilities. Blackout periods may apply. The Promoter will seek to provide reasonable opportunities to schedule the Expert Coffee Session however, if a date is not agreed upon and the session held within six (6) months from the Draw Date, the expert coffee session prize is deemed forfeited. No compensation will be provided if the expert coffee session is forfeited. Prizes include free standard shipping. Prize excludes travel. |

Winner Notification |
The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days of the Draw Date and published on the Promoter’s website at willandco.com.au. |

Prize Claim Date and Prize Redraw |
The Prize winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize by 12:00pm AEDT on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 (Prize Claim Date). If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, that winner is deemed to have forfeited their Prize and a redraw for the Prize will be conducted on 12:00pm AEDT on Friday, 5 December 2025 (Redraw Date) at Will & Co HQ, Shop 7 Level 1, 184 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026. The redraw winner will be notified in writing by email on the same day by close of business and published on the Promoter’s website at willandco.com.au. The redraw winner will have until 12:00pm AEDT on Monday, 5 January 2026 to confirm acceptance of the Prize. No compensation will be given to the original winner.

1. The Entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions (including as set out in the Schedule) and that entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (including as set out the Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
3. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date.
4. Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. "Immediate family members" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that is not in accordance with or in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The winning entry will be checked for compliance with the entry conditions.
6. The Prize (and no part of the Prize) is transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. The value of the Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the Prize where applicable (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
8. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Prize winner.
9. If any Winner chooses not to take their Prize, or does not take or claim a Prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the Prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the Prize.
10. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) to a Prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this Promotion, including without limitation, where it arises from:
(a) theft or fraud;
(b) the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
(c) an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect, or delay in the transmission of information related to this promotion which is beyond the reasonable control;
(d) any third-party interference;
(e) any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software
(f) the redemption of gift vouchers; and
(g) participation in this Promotion generally.
12. For the sake of clarity, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. On accepting the Prize, the winner agrees the Promoter will publish the winner’s first name, surname initial and postcode on the Promoter’s website. It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses, or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium. Entrants’ information will be collected, held, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here.
14. If this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend, or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the Promoter’s website.
15. Entrants agree that by entering this competition and providing their email address to the Promoter, they consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants can unsubscribe from receiving marketing communication by contacting the Promoter on (02) 9748 0299 or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the marketing communication.
16. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, Entrants release Instagram and Facebook of responsibility, and agree to Instagram and Facebook’s terms of use.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or to modify, suspend, terminate or reschedule the Promotion.
