These bad boys are made from a top-notch, carefully crafted blend of two specialty beans from Brazil & Guatemala. Meticulously crafted, the coffee is brewed nice and slow to capture the robust flavour and richness of our renowned signature blend, Eight-O-Eight, in a concentrate format.

Below are a few simple recipes to get you started on your home brewing journey, but the sky's the limit. Don't be afraid to push the boundaries and create your own coffee masterpieces. The world is your caffeinated oyster.

Iced Latte   〰   Iced Long Black   〰   Coffee Shake   〰   Espresso Martini

ICED LATTE

Ingredients:

  • 30mL of coffee concentrate
  • 170mL milk of your choice
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 15mL sugar or maple syrup (if you like some sweetness)

Steps:

  1. Add ice to a cup or glass of your choice
  2. Add the fresh cold milk (and optional sugar or syrup)
  3. Pour the coffee concentrate over the top
  4. Stir & enjoy

ICED LONG BLACK

Ingredients:

  • 30mL of coffee concentrate
  • 170mL cold filtered water
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Steps:

  1. Add ice to a cup or glass of your choice
  2. Add the cold filtered water
  3. Pour the coffee concentrate over the top
  4. Stir & enjoy


COFFEE SHAKE

Ingredients:

  • 30mL of coffee concentrate
  • 170mL milk of your choice
  • 2-3 scoops of your favourite ice cream

 Steps:

  1. Add ice cream to your glass of choice
  2. Add the fresh, cold milk
  3. Pour coffee concentrate over the top
  4. Indulge & enjoy

ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients:

  • 30mL of coffee concentrate
  • 30mL Mr Black Coffee Liquor
  • 30mL of a premium vodka
  • 4-6 ice cubes

 Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard for 30 seconds
  2. Double strain the liquid via a sieve into a martini glass
  3. Garnish with three coffee beans
  4. Unwind & enjoy
