As the home-base for the brand, it provides an immersive experience on who Will & Co is and what we have to offer, plus, allows you to taste a larger selection of coffees.

Noting every business is different, we offer a tailored approach to ordering that revolves around what our customers need.

When it comes to deliveries, those in metro / CBD areas can receive orders five days a week while other areas vary usually between one-two times a week. Our roasting schedule depends on delivery schedules, to ensure our coffee is as fresh as can possibly be when it gets to you.

Where there’s a Will, there’s a way. If you’re running short on beans ahead of schedule, our account managers will sort it. Rest assured you won’t be left high and dry.

Will & Co works with a variety of green bean suppliers and farmers to source the finest coffee from the world’s best growing regions. We sample the green beans before shipment and once they’ve arrived, to make sure we’re choosing only the highest quality coffee.

For our signature blends, we work with trusted partners to ensure our product is consistent, regardless of seasonality. With single origins, we have a little more fun and experiment with different origins and farmers.

Our beans are flushed with nitrogen before being packaged to remove any oxygen leftover from the roasting process. They’re then quickly packaged in air-tight bags with a one-way value so pesky CO2 gases can be released. This process ensures ultimate freshness.

We consider sustainability at every stage of the coffee supply chain – from farm to table. Our focus is on minimising waste, and we support our partners to do the same. We’re particular about working with businesses that value sustainability as much as we do.

Our slogan of ‘damn fine, every time’ isn’t just because it sounds good – we mean it. Our roastery is one of the most technologically advanced in the southern hemisphere, with a quality assurance process that’s second to none.

Before roasting, the green beans are cleaned, de-stoned and passed through a metal detector to remove any foreign objects. After roasting, they go through a gravity separator to weed out any unfit roasted beans. We also measure the moisture content of each batch before and after roasting (and make adjustments as needed) to ensure each batch meets our standards.

For roasting, we use large PROBAT drum roasters, which are a slower, more controlled way of roasting compared to other methods. This delivers a consistent flavour profile every time.

Absolutely. We have heaps of fun selecting our single origins, introducing a new option every other month to keep things interesting. We can also source a range of equipment for alternative brewing, like Toddy’s for cold brew, Moccamaster for batch brew and EK grinders.

Almost anything you could need. Teas, syrups, sugars, cups and more – we’re a one stop shop. We’ve even got additional items you can retail, including Nespresso compatible pods, coffee concentrate and reusable cups.

Yes – and it’s a big focus of ours. Don’t expect a one-size-fits all approach either – we tailor the training to fit your team’s needs, whether they’re a beginner, want to learn alternative brewing methods or are after advanced latte art classes. You bet. We have an on-call support team available 24/7, 356. We also take steps to make sure your team can solve common issues in order to get things back up and running ASAP.

We offer a full suite of signage including umbrellas, windbreaks, A-frames, light boxes, window decals and more. We’re also big fans of providing custom, co-branded solutions – think murals, retail displays, artwork, etc. to ensure they fit your venue’s aesthetics .

Basically, the limit does not exist. The level of support varies by customer, but could include photoshoots, video shoots, local area marketing, targeting digital advertising campaigns and more. We’ll also promote your business on our own channels, and we’re in the process of revamping our cafe partners page to be more inclusive of all our mates. Watch this space!

You can, but you don’t need to. We predominantly work with both Faema and La Marzocco to offer some of the industry’s best espresso machines available to you on loan. We also provide Mazzer grinders, EK grinders, PUQ Presses, heaps of alternative brewing equipment and can discuss other accessories that’ll improve your workflow: jugglers, milk rinsers, batch taps, etc.

Yes – and we love doing it. A coffee machine is often the focal point of a café, so we like to make sure it captures the essence of your space, and every machine goes out with a custom branded panel as the bare minimum.
