BUYING OPTIONS

Produced by Demetrio Parades and roasted at Will & Co HQ in Bondi. Sourced from the highlands of Peru, our new single origin is a special micro-lot produced by Demetrio Parades and his family, who pour passion and dedication into every step of the process to deliver exceptional quality. Complementing their efforts, the region's rich organic soil, consistent rainfall and optimal temperatures create ideal conditions for growing outstanding coffee. Once the cherries reach peak ripeness, they're hand-picked and meticulously sorted, before being pulped, washed and slow-dried over 15 days - resulting in a vibrant, complex cup that's worth every sip.
Born and Bred in Bondi, we’re on an eternal quest to share the world’s greatest coffee with the world’s greatest humans (that’s you). Our journey began in 2013 when three best mates set out to create the perfect blend to accompany their early morning surfs, and Eight-O-Eight was born. Shortly after, we began supplying to local cafes in the Sydney area, and now you can find our coffee pouring daily at cafes across Australia. Learn More.

Creating a better world starts with building stronger communities, and we believe we have an important part to play in those efforts. We look to partner with charities, community groups and organisations that are already doing amazing work in this space and are connected to things close to our hearts, like environmental sustainability, surf and swim culture. Through our efforts, we hope to build a better tomorrow, one step at a time. Learn More.
