WILL & CO WIN YOUR SURF MORNING PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in this promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.

1. Promoter: Cantarella Bros Pty Ltd ABN 68 000 095 607 trading as Will & Co Coffee, 118 Wetherill Street, Silverwater NSW 2128, Australia. Phone – (02) 9748 0299.
   
   
2. Promotional Period: The Win Your Surf Morning promotion ("Promotion") will run from 6:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 17 June 2026 until at 6:00pm AEST on Sunday, 21 June 2026 ("Promotional Period").
   
   
3. Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.  
   
   Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. "Immediate family members" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
   
   
4. How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must during the Promotional Period;
   
   

   1. Follow @willandcocoffee and @letsgosurfingaustralia on Instagram;
   2. Like the Will & Co post promoting the giveaway on the Will & Co Instagram account; and
   3. Comment on the Will & Co post promoting the giveaway by tagging at least (1) friend. 
   
   Entrants may enter multiple times by submitting multiple comments, provided each comment tags a friend and complies with these terms and conditions.
   
   Bonus Entries
   
   Entrants may receive five (5) bonus entries by completing the promotional entry form during the Promotional Period. 
   
   Bonus entries will only be valid where the entrant has also completed all mandatory entry requirements set out in the "How to Enter" section above, including following both Instagram accounts, liking the promotional giveaway post and commenting on the giveaway post in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
   
   Completion of the form constitutes consent to receive marketing communications from both Will & Co and Let's Go Surfing. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize: The Promoter will draw one (1) winner from the pool of valid entries. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner and be awarded the following prize:  
   
   
   • 1 x $200 Let's Go Surfing Voucher, redeemable towards any Let's Go Surfing class type and valid until 28 May 2029; and
   • 1 x Three (3) months' supply of Will & Co coffee, consisting of two (2) 500g packs per month delivered to the winner's nominated Australian residential address. The winner may choose either the Goofy or Natural coffee bean blend.

    
   The prize has a total value of $450 AUD. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Draw: This Promotion is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The prize draw will take place 12:00pm Tuesday, 23 June 2026 at Will & Co, Shop 7 Level 1, 184 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026.
   
   
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from the @willandcocoffee account within three (3) business days of the draw. The winner's Instagram handle may also be announced via Instagram Stories and on the giveaway post. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
   
   
8. Prize Delivery: 
   • The Let's Go Surfing voucher will be provided to the winner within seven (7) days of the winner confirming acceptance of the prize.
   • The three (3) months' supply of Will & Co coffee will be delivered in three monthly instalments. Delivery timing and product selection will be coordinated directly between the Promoter and the winner.
     
   
   
9. Privacy: The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion and administering the prize. Where an entrant completes the bonus entry form, their personal information may be shared with Let's Go Surfing for marketing purposes in accordance with the consent provided. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Will & Co Privacy Policy and Let's Go Surfing Privacy Policy.
   
   
10. General Conditions

• If this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend, or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the Promoter’s website.
• Entrants acknowledge that any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, Entrants release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or to modify, suspend, terminate or reschedule the Promotion.
  
• The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or to modify, suspend, terminate or reschedule the Promotion, subject to regulatory approval.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this competition, including without limitation, where it arises from:
  • theft or fraud;
  • the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
  • an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect, or delay in the transmission of information related to this competition which is beyond the reasonable control
  • any third-party interference.
  • any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software
  • the redemption of gift vouchers, and
  • participation in this competition generally.
