WILL & CO 10 YEAR CELEBRATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions and that entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period: The competition will run from 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 10 October 2023 until 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday, 30 November 2023.

Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents only who are 18 years and over. Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors, and the immediate family members of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. "Immediate family members" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

How to Enter: To enter the competition, an Entrant must, during the Promotional Period, make a purchase of any amount via the Promoter’s website at willandco.com.au. The Entrant will be required to provide their full name, email address and telephone number when making the purchase.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all Entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or the Entry that is not in accordance with or in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Winning Entry will be checked for compliance with the entry conditions.

A 12-month subscription for Will & Co winner’s choice of coffee beans, excluding single origin (1kg per month)

*The La Marzocco Linea Micra will be sprayed Will & Co blue and be fitted with a timber accessory kit from Specht Design.

The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the Prize are: La Marzocco Linea Micra – (Value of machine: $5,999 + $1,399 for custom kit) $7,398 and Coffee Beans 1 kg per bag - $38.50 ($462 for the 12 months subscription cost)

The total prize pool has as a maximum value of $7,860. No part of the Prize is transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

This is a game of chance where entries will be chosen completely at random. The winning entry will be drawn by the Promoter at 12:00pm AEDT on Friday 1 December 2023 (Draw Date) at Portobello PR – Suite 2, 246 Oxford Street, Paddington NSW 2021.

Winner notification: The winner will be notified in writing via email on the same day of the Draw Date and announced on the Promoter’s website at willandco.com.au

Prize Claim Date: The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 12:00pm AEDT on Friday, 15 December 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, then the winner is deemed to have forfeited their prize and a redraw for the prize will be conducted at 1:00pm AEDT on Friday 15 December 2023 and the replacement winner will be notified in writing by email on the same day by close of business. No compensation will be given to the original winner.

If a redraw is required, the Promoter will publish the winner on the Promoter’s website on the same day of the redraw. The redraw winner will have until 1:00pm AEDT on 29 December to confirm acceptance of the prize.

Prize delivery to the winner: With the first month’s delivery consisting of 1 x customised La Marzocco Linea Micra and 1 kg of Will&Co coffee beans to be posted out to the winner by no later than Tuesday, 9 January 2024 unless a later date is agreed upon with the winner thereafter, 11 separate monthly deliveries of 1 kg of Will & Co coffee beans.

Timing of the delivery is subject to Australia Post delivery times and service updates.

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

On accepting the Prize, the winner agrees the Promoter will publish the winner’s first name, surname initial and postcode on the Promoter’s website. It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses, or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. All Entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium. Entrants’ information will be collected, held, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here.

If this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend, or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the Promoter’s website.

Entrants agree that by entering this competition and providing their email address to the Promoter, they consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants can unsubscribe from receiving marketing communication by contacting the Promoter on (02) 9748 0299 or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the marketing communication.

The Entrant must seek their own independent financial advice for any tax implication relating to the Prize and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications.
