National Cocktail Day Promotion T&Cs

WILL & CO NATIONAL COCKTAIL DAY PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the promotion, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.

1. Promoter: Will & Co Coffee – Level 1, Shop 7, 184 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026 – (02) 9748 0299 
   
   
2. Promotional Period: The National Cocktail Day promotion will run from 6:00pm AEDT on Sunday, 22 March 2026 until 6:00pm AEDT on Thursday, 26 March 2026.
   
   
3. Eligible Entrants: This giveaway is open to Australian residents only who are 18 years and over. Valid photo identification will be required to claim the prize.  
   
   Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. "Immediate family members" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
   
   
4. How to Enter: To enter the Coffee Concentrate competition, entrants must, during the Promotional period;
   
   
   • Follow the Will & Co Instagram account: @willandcocoffee
   • Like the Will & Co post promoting the giveaway on the Will & Co Instagram account; and
   • Comment on the Will & Co post promoting the giveaway by tagging a friend. Multiple comments permitted.
   • Entrants can share the post to their Instagram account story for an additional entry. This does not count as an entry if the entrant has not also completed the three steps above.
   
   
5. Entries Permitted: An entrant can enter multiple times during the Promotional Period by commenting to tag multiple friends. Entrants must also complete all other steps in order for the entry to be valid.
   
   An entrant can also gain one additional entry by sharing the post to their Instagram account story. Entrants must also complete all other steps in order for the entry to be valid.
   
   The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all Entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or the Entry that is not in accordance with or in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Winning Entry will be checked for compliance with the entry conditions, including age verification.
   
   
6. Prize: The Promoter will draw 1 winner from the pool of valid entries. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner and be awarded the following prize:  
   
   
   • 1 x 700mL Bottle of Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
   • 1 x 1kg Bag of Will & Co Eight-O-Eight Coffee Beans
   • 1 x Maxwell & Williams Cocktail Set (includes 1 x 500mL shaker, 1 x Hawthorne strainer and 1 x 50mL jigger)
   • 1 x Riedel Grape Coupe Cocktail Glass Set (contains 2 x 320mL glasses)

    
   The prize has a total value of $280 AUD. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemable for cash.

7. Draw Date: This is a game of chance where entries will be chosen completely at random. The prize draw will be held 1:00pm Friday, 27 March 2026 at Will & Co, Shop 7 Level 1, 184 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026.
   
   
8. Prize Redemption: The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via the @willandcocoffee Instagram account and provided necessary contact information. 
   
   
9. Winner Selection and Notification:
   
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
   • The winner will be contacted directly from the @willandcocoffee account within 3 business days of the end of the entry period.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, new winners will be selected at random by promoter.
     
     
10. Prize Delivery: 
    • The prize will be delivered to the customer within one month of the draw date.
    • Prize cannot be delivered to a PO Box and winner may be required to show proof of ID upon delivery. This is subject to the Australia Post rules and regulations.
    • Prize will not be awarded or delivered to persons under the age of 18 years.
    
    
11. Responsible Service of Alcohol:
    • Alcohol prizes will only be delivered to persons aged 18 years or over. ID will be checked of time of claiming the prize and on delivery.
    • Will & Co Coffee encourages the responsible consumption of alcohol.
      
      
12. General Conditions

• If this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend, or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the Promoter’s website.
• Entrants acknowledge that any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, Entrants release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or to modify, suspend, terminate or reschedule the Promotion.
  
• The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or to modify, suspend, terminate or reschedule the Promotion, subject to regulatory approval.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this competition, including without limitation, where it arises from:
  • theft or fraud;
  • the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;
  • an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect, or delay in the transmission of information related to this competition which is beyond the reasonable control
  • any third-party interference.
  • any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software
  • the redemption of gift vouchers, and
  • participation in this competition generally.
