It all starts at the origin so we scour the globe to source the world's finest coffee beans. We believe the extra effort is worth it. Our roastery is pretty amazing if we do say so ourselves. Considered one of the most technologically advanced facilities in the Southern Hemisphere, it houses our ‘Big Dog’ Probat Drum roasters which use a slower more controlled method of roasting to ensure that our coffee is damn fine every time.
Freshness: Aluminium is a great material to protect the ground coffee from light and oxygen, resulting in greater freshness and extraction.
Reduced Packaging: Each capsule is packaged & sealed air tight, meaning no additional packaging is needed to maintain freshness.
Sustainable: Over 75% of all aluminium ever produced is still in use today. Roasted and packed locally at our roastery.
