This Peru single comes to us from the Tocto Family, who are supported by Aromas del Valle - a cooperative working with over 500 smallholder farmers to strengthen support and transparency across the coffee supply chain.

This washed batch consists of Bourbon and Caturra varietals. The cherries are selectively harvested, fermented for 72 hours, then carefully dried in solar tents, allowing plenty of time for the flavours to develop.

The result is a clean and expressive coffee that reflects the care taken at every stage of its journey. Worth sipping on indeed.
Born and Bred in Bondi, we’re on an eternal quest to share the world’s greatest coffee with the world’s greatest humans (that’s you). Our journey began in 2013 when three best mates set out to create the perfect blend to accompany their early morning surfs, and Eight-O-Eight was born. Shortly after, we began supplying to local cafes in the Sydney area, and now you can find our coffee pouring daily at cafes across Australia. Learn More.
Creating a better world starts with building stronger communities, and we believe we have an important part to play in those efforts. We look to partner with charities, community groups and organisations that are already doing amazing work in this space and are connected to things close to our hearts, like environmental sustainability, surf and swim culture. Through our efforts, we hope to build a better tomorrow, one step at a time. Learn More.
